The College of Computer Sciences in Al-Lith, in cooperation with the University College in Al-Lith, held a lecture entitled "Cybersecurity", in the presence of Dr. Iskandar Hawsawi, dean of the College of Engineering, and Dr. Mohamed Al-Maleki, dean of the University College in Al-Lith, along with a number of faculty members and students.

The lecture was presented by a group of faculty members at the College of Computer Science in Al-Lith; in which the concept of cybersecurity was highlighted. It refers to the security of information and how to save it. The main local and international experiences in this field were also reviewed. A detailed presentation of how to securely store information and data on virtual networks has been offered. It greatly enhances the security of both individuals and organizations, thereby avoiding any kind of theft of data or information. The lecture was concluded after raising questions and opening discussion.
