In order to achieve the strategic objectives included in the strategic plan of the Department of Biology in the field of strengthening ties and looking into ways of cooperation between the departments at the university and local universities, the Biology Department at Jamoum University College began its program with a visit to the Biology Department at the College of Applied Sciences.
The delegation was headed by Dr. Samir bin Hassan Qari, the head of the department. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Yasser Al-Marouei, the Head of Biology Department at the College of Applied Sciences, in the presence of many colleagues in both departments.
A number of topics were discussed, including the quality requirements, the need to cooperate in securing reference points for the corresponding departments, and cooperation at the level of graduate studies and scientific research. The discussion also included developing joint study plans and the possibility of proposing other programs that meet the requirements of the labor market in a way that fits the KSA 2030 Vision.
