Scientific Council’s 2nd Session Appoints Faculty Members

The Scientific Council Secretariat is pleased to announce to the faculty members that the UQU President’s approval of their appointments at the rank of assistant professors was issued during the second session of the Council for the academic year 1439/1440 AH. The Secretariat wishes them further success in the domain of scientific research, praying to Allah, the Almighty, to bless them with His care, and to help them reach their dreams and accomplish their aspirations.

The recommendations related to the topics on the previously-mentioned Council's agenda were taken into consideration.

Names of the appointed faculty members:

1- Lecturer\ Khadran bin Mu’aed Khadran Al-Zaharani was appointed as an assistant process at the Department of Information Systems, Al-Qunfudah Computer College. 

2- Lecturer\ Waleed bin Ahlil Helal Al-Mutairi was appointed as an assistant professor at the Department of History, the College of Shariah and Islamic Studies.

3- Lecturer\ Asma’a bint Suliman Ibrahim Al-Ayed was appointed as an assistant professors at the Department of Computer Sciences, the College of Computer and Information Systems.

4- Lecturer\ Dina bint Eida Hamdan Al-Ghamdi was appointed as an assistant professor at the Department of Computers, the Deanship of Preparatory Year.

5- Lecturer\ Lamia bint Ghazi Muqbel Al-Harbi was appointed as an assistant professor at the Department of Physics, the Deanship of Preparatory Year.

6- Lecturer\ Lulua bint Abdullah Ahmed Bekhit was appointed as an assistant professor at the Department of Dawa and Islamic Culture, the College of Dawa “Islamic Call” and the Fundamentals of Religion.

7- Lecturer\ Samira bint Attia Musad Al-Lahibi was appointed as an assistant professor at the Department of English Language, the College of Social Sciences.
