The Vice President of UQU for Educational Affairs, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Rashad Al-Serouji, has made an inspection tour at the Deanships of Educational Affairs, Admission and Registration, and Preparatory Year, within the framework of these Deanships’ preparations for academic year 1439/1440AH.

At the beginning of his tour, Dr. Al-Serouki met with the Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Amr Al-Saqaff, and Vice Dean Dr. Talal Mathna. He listened to a overview of the preparations of the Deanship for the academic year and the newcomers as well as the things the Deanship provided to serve these new students.

Afterwards, he met with the Deanship of Admission and Registration, Dr. Hashim Al-Samadani and Vice Deans, Dr. Khaled Al-Thaqafi, Dr. Hossam Al-Hakami, and Dr. Ali Al-Qorani. He also inspected the conduct of the process of admission and its stages, in addition to the stages the deanship passed through as well as the academic procedures done for applying students to choose their specialties and wishes. He was also briefed on all the academic movements done during the summer, including deletion and addition.

Dr. Al-Serouji concluded his tour by visiting the Preparatory Year Deanship , where he met its Dean, Dr. Saad Al-Ghamdi. He listened to a detailed explanation on the role of the Deanship and its efforts to receive new student this year, as well as the preparations of the deanship to tests the students’ English level.

At the end of the tour, Dr. Al-Serouji praised the role of the supporting deanships in UQU, encouraging their staff to exert more efforts and dedicate all the deanships’ capabilities to creating a proper educational environment and overcoming all obstacles. He also praised the support and care of the President of UQU, Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail for his continuous follow-up and keenness on offering what serves students, thanking everyone for the effort they make to serve the students of UQU and the university community.
