In coordination with the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education, the College of Business Administration represented by the Department of Business Administration of Hajj and Umrah and the Department of Tourism and Hospitality launched the first e-test under the supervision of Dr. Yosri Nabeel Al-Sayed, the Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality whereas the e-test was conducted for the closing exam of this academic year.
This came under the support and directives of the College Dean Dr. Sultan bin Ayedh Al-Bogami and his close follow up in this regard. The e-test is reckoned one of the modern tools to assess and evaluate the educational process outcomes using the computer and smart devices. These tests also represent an effective alternative for the traditional paper tests for their flexibility and efficiency in all their application phases. That is to be added to statistics information available for the test elements and linking them to the educational objectives of the course.
The students of the Department of Business Administration of Hajj and Umrah said the e-tests assist them in distributing time on test requirements besides helping them to transform from the paper forms to e-forms which motivated them to conduct all their tests electronically.
