The students of the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers obtained advanced and distinguished ranks in the first national contest for the students of counter institutes all over the Saudi universities. The contest was organized by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for the Arabic Language (KAICA). In this context, Student/ Muhammad Habib Jang ranked first in debates, while Students/ Mam Modo Si and Mammadu Abdullah Tayyam were exceptional in the domains of polemic poems and public speaking respectively.

On this happy occasion and due to such wonderful excellence, Dr. Hassan Abdulhamid Bukhary, Dean of the Institute, thanks Allah for His guidance. He then extends appreciation to all students who participated in the intra-institute preliminaries, as well as the nominees and winners in the finals. He also extends thanks and gratitude to the arbitration committees that were formed inside the Institute to follow-up and nominate students. Such committees were membered mainly by Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Talhy (Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs and Relations, and Committee Supervisor), and Dr. Ahmad bin Mashaal Al-Ghamdi (Coordinator of the Institute in this contest and Debate Committee Member). Moreover, Dr. Bukhary extended thanks and gratitude to all committee members at the contest: Dr. Muhammad Al-Qurashi, Dr. Tolba Abdussattar, Dr. Hassan Mahjoub, Dr. Mustafa Weteed, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Attar, Dr. Thabet Saghir and Dr. Beshry Othman.

All best wishes for the Institute and the Professors and students thereof to achieve more progress and excellence in all domains at the level of UQU and the universities inside and outside the Kingdom!
