University of Umm Al-Qura (Housing and Properties Department) in Makkah has announced its desire to rent a building in favor of Al-Qunfudhah University College as per the following conditions;

 
1-The building should be modern and reinforced with concrete according to the technical conditions of the academic buildings as per the requirement of Al-Qunfudhah University College and all rooms and facilities of the building should be air-conditioned and meeting the approved academic and technical specifications of the study halls and laboratories.   
2- A guardroom must be provided for the security guard with all its facilities. 
3-The building should have the highest safety and security standards according to the requirements of  the Civil Defense and the Department of Security and Safety in the university, and a valid civil defense certificate should be obtained.  
4-The building should be equipped with appropriate and adequate lighting and the needed and necessary changes must be made in line with the desire of the beneficiary party.  
5-The building site which will be dedicated for academic purposes,  must be suitable and not bordering factories, workshops, petrol stations and other similar buildings.  
6-The building must have enough area to accommodate buses and vehicles transporting female students   

The submitted offer must be valid for at least three months from the date of application. 
All those who have buildings with the mentioned above specifications and want to rent it to the university should submit their offers to the Al-Qunfudhah University College no later than 9:00 AM on Monday Rabi Al-Awal 16, 1439 H. The land instrument, building map, building permit, civil defense certificates must be attached. The applicant must not be one of the employees of the university.
