Documents and Administrative Communication Center organized a workshop for Departments Directors to Introduce Administrative Communication System at King Abdul-Aziz's supportive hall at the University campus in Abdyia.
Director of Documents and Administrative Communication Center Mr. Abdullah Al-Suleimani gave a presentation about the program revealing that the center has provided a system for administrative communication and another one for e-archiving through which the university affiliates profiles can be created underscoring that the system is connected to the archiving system and the university website. He added that the system can also work on Windows and Mac systems and can be run on smart devices. He went on to add that its possible now to track the movement of university employees transactions and notify them in this regard in addition to printing transactions bar code (QR) and inquire about transaction using voice phone besides the possibility of sending administrative transactions using the official email.
He further added that the program has many other advantages which are consistent with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
He further lauded the permanent support of UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas to the Documents and Administrative Communication System and the follow up of UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou his keeness to developing administrative communication system extending also his thanks and appreciation to male and female affiliates of the center for their exerted efforts and diligent work on this new system.
