President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas honored parties involved in the procedures of the university admission for the academic year 1438/1439 H represented by the Deanship of Admission and Registration, Public Relations and Media Department and Deanship of Information Technology in the presence of the Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Hashim Al-Samadani, Dean of Information Technology Dr. Majid Al-Qathami and the Director of Public Relations and Media Department Mr. Khalid bin Jameel Morsi. The meeting took place at his office at the university campus in Abdyia on Monday Dhul-Qe'dah 1, 1438 H.  

Meanwhile, Dr. Assas lauded the efforts exerted by the relevant parties in implementing the admission according to the previously scheduled stages, adding that admission procedures are made through human cadres which were trained to serve students seeking to join the university in the coming academic year using the latest technologies and that all admission stages have been made electronically starting from the submission of application until receiving the university numbers.  

The parties honored from the Deanship of Admission and Registration included the Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Hasim Al-Samadani, Vice Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Khalid Al-Thaqafi, Director of Admission Unit Mr. Ali Al-Asmari, Mr. Rida Al-Rajihi and Bander Al-Dahas.

And from the Public Relations and Media Department the following were honored; the Director of Public Relations and Media Department Mr. Khalid bin Jameel Morsi, Mr. Mohamed bin Sameeh Al-Maqati and Mr. Ali bin Bakheet Al-Hitairshi.

While the parties honored from the Deanship of Information Technology were the Dean of Information Technology Dr. Majid Al-Qathami, Vice Dean for e-Transactions Dr. Atif Al-Hijaili, Eng. Ashraf Asfour and Eng. Hassan Al-Zahrani.
