President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas has congratulated Dr. Maisaa Khoja from the College of Dentistry who has got scholarship from USA for winning the Clinical Research Award Excellence on the research she submitted in this field adding that such award comes as no surprise as Umm Al-Qura Scholarship students made many bright achievements in the past which we are proud of. He then wished her and all university students on scholarship abroad more success in their study careers until returning back to their homeland and universities with the highest certificates in all specializations safely and conveniently. 

It is worth mentioning here that Dr. Maisaa who was honored by the American Academy for Sleep Medicine associated with dental medicine is a faculty member of the Department of Preventive Dentistry and has got scholarship in orthodontics from Tufts University in Boston. Her research which won the excellence award is titled: Predictors of Success for Oral Appliance in OSA Patients Based on Initial Craniofacial Characteristics.
