The Training and Continuing Education Unit, which is affiliated with the Vice Deanship of Development and Entrepreneurship at the College of Dentistry, will hold a lecture entitled, ‘Exploring the Role of MicroRNAs and Oral Bacteria in Oral Carcinogenesis’. It will be delivered by Dr. Amani Harnada on Tuesday, 28 January, 2020 A.C., from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the training hall at the college building.
Objectives:
1- Oral premalignant lesions. 2- General ideas of using microRNA as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. 3- MicroRNAs as a biomarker for oral cancer diagnosis and prognosis. 4- Effect of periodontal bacteria on cancer progression. 5- The future of personalized medicine.
