2 • Prolonged labour • Obstructed labour • Precipitate Labour

3 Dystocia: • Dystocia caused by fetal anomalies • Neural tube defects • Hydrocephalus

4 Dystocia: • Shoulder dystocia • Enlargement of fetal abdomen • Monsters, Conjoined twins

5 Malposition: • Occipitoposterior position

6 • Arrested occipitoposterior position • Deep Transverse Arrest (DTA) Malpresentation: • Breech presentation • Assisted breech delivery and management of complicated breech.

7 Malpresentation • Face presentation, Brow presentation • Transverse presentation

8 • Compound presentation, Unstable lie

9 • Cord prolapse • Amniotic fluid embolism

10 • Preterm labour • Post-term pregnancy • Premature rupture of membranes

11 • External cephalic version • Internal version • Bipolar version.

12 • Operative obstetrics • Destructive operations: Craniotomy, Decapitation, Evisceration, Cleidotomy, symphysiotomy.

13 Operative vaginal delivery: • Forceps and Ventouse • Episiotomy • Hysterotomy

14 • Cesarean Section: Lower segment Cesarean section • Classical Cesarean section • Trial of labour after Cesarean

15 • Uterine inversion • Uterine rupture • Visceral injuries

16 • Advanced CTG interpretation in High-risk labour • Intrauterine fetal monitoring (scalp monitoring) • Shoulder dystocia
