The university obtained institutional accreditation from the NCAAA for four years, starting from May, 2019 A.C. to April, 2023 A.C.
In case of the conditioned accreditation, the duration of the accreditation is shorter than that of full accreditation. The university sets a number of conditions, if fulfilled during a specific period of time, the accreditation will change into full accreditation whose duration is seven years.
The institutional accreditation gives confidence in the university’s outcomes, and indicates that the university complies with the least level of quality standards.
According to the directives of His Excellency the UQU President, the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality has started to specify the requirements that fulfill the accreditation conditions. The relevant authorities have been addressed in this regard for them to prepare the necessary guides, each in its field of specialization.
