All Praise is due to Allah, praise of the ever-thankful to thee and peace and blessing be upon the master of the ancients and the latest generations, Mohamed Bin Abdullah, peace be upon him and his family and companions

Proceeding from the responsibilities and tasks assigned to the Department of Procurement and Tenders, I and the department’s employees, have the honor to meeting all the requirements of the university through public tenders or direct provision in line with the law and regulations enacted  by the supreme authorities of the state and in such a manner which achieves public interest of the university within the established financial allocations in the university budget approved by the state and in continuation of the mission undertaken by the university. In fulfilling our tasks, we are asking the support of Allah, and then the directives of the senior management of the university led by HE the president of the university and the vice-president who are sparing no effort in helping us to overcome all obstacles and barriers that we may face during our work and their boundless support to us with human and financial competencies to help us carry on our mission in the most convenient manner possible.   

I pray Allah, the Almighty, to help us all to undertake our duties in the manner that pleases Allah with us.
