  • Supervising and following up the implementation of construction projects.
  • Being committed in applying government regulations and instructions for the bidding applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Coordinating with and following up all project stakeholders.
  • Submitting project suspension notifications for nonconformities, implementation errors, or difference between the drawings, designs, and actual implementation.
  • Detecting and identifying negative aspects during project implementation, and taking corrective and preventive measures.
  • Providing technical follow-up of all project activities, in coordination with the consultant engineer and the implementation follow-up team.
  • Ensuring the quality of used materials and their conformity to technical and engineering specifications.
  • Submitting periodic reports to the direct manager on the progress of the implementation of projects.
