Abstract
The current study aimed to shed light on the relationship between retirement and lifestyle change by revealing the relationship between retirement and social interaction, maintaining health, organizing time, maintaining recreational activities, and life satisfaction, on a deliberate sample of retired women in the city of Riyadh, which amounted to 60 retirees. From King Saud University through an electronic questionnaire and the type of study is descriptive, and the results were as follows: There is a statistically significant direct relationship between retirement, changing lifestyle, maintaining health, organizing time, and practicing recreational activities among retired women. The results also showed that there is no statistically significant relationship between retirement, social interaction, and satisfaction. about life.
