Abstract
The study aimed to evaluate postgraduate programs in journalism and media in Palestinian universities from the point of view of students and graduates. The study belongs to descriptive research, and relied on the survey method, and used the questionnaire, which was distributed to a random sample of 80 students and graduates of postgraduate studies in universities that offer master's programs in journalism and media in the Gaza Strip, namely: the Islamic University, and Gaza University.
The results showed that the postgraduate programs in journalism and mass media achieved a moderate degree of satisfaction among students and graduates with a relative weight of 60.2%. The most agreeable axes for them were each of: the stage of preparing the thesis 74%, and the programs meeting the needs of students and graduates 72.4%, while the least agreeable axes came with each of: criteria for evaluating students 61%, and research and academic services provided by universities 63.4%.
