Abstract
The research monitors the Andalusians who held administrative positions in the administrative apparatus of the Hafsid state, especially with regard to two of the most important administrative functions in their countries, writing and veiling. He made them lead the scene, and excel administratively over the Moroccans. Indeed, many of them reached that he was a decision-maker in the entire country. The research is divided into two main sections, the first of which is entitled: The Internal Conditions of Andalusia and Migration to the Maghreb. The second topic, "Andalusians in the function of writing and veiling in the administrative apparatus of the Hafsid state," deals with the Andalusians who were used in the administrative apparatus of the Hafsid state.
