Abstract
The subject of the study is determined in (trying to identify the reality of the elderly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, presenting trends and modern mechanisms for dealing with them, analyzing that reality in the light of those trends, and making proposals that will improve their quality of life) 0 The study falls within the qualitative studies and relied on the deductive approach in a content analysis method for a number of international and local references and reports, the study relied on the services and aspects of care monitored through the comprehensive field survey conducted by the Saudi Society for the Elderly in 2017, the aging of the popu-lation and its stages, the concept of international standards and trends, and the most important recommendations and proposals that ended are: Spreading awareness through various means at all educational levels about common educational and social mistakes in dealing with the elderly and their implications and indicating how to provide support and assistance to them, instilling a culture that maintaining the health of the elderly and the quality of his life starts from an early stage, and passes through all age stages, profes-sional dealing Institutional with elderly cases that feel marginalized and excluded or traumatized at the level of families and com-munities after studying the causes and developing an appropriate treatment plan.
