Abstract
The research idea focused on This study deals with “the Hudhail tribe in Andalusia and its role in scientific life: from the Islamic conquest to the end of the AL-MUAHIDIN era (92-629 AH /710 -1231 AD).” Despite the fact that the history of the Hudhail tribe was dealt with in many studies on the Islamic East; However, she did not receive an independent study that talks about the history of her migration to the Islamic Maghreb in general and Andalusia in particular (the subject of the study). The importance of studying the history of the Hudhail tribe in Andalusia is evident from its status in Islamic history, and from identifying part of its history there. Starting with mentioning her lineage and stomachs, then her emigration and settlement in Andalusia, and the places and cit-ies in which she settled. As well as standing on a clear and accurate picture of the activity and im-pact of its scholars in Andalusia in religious sciences, language, literature and poetry, and their various contributions to the cultural life of Andalusia. This is done through two topics: (The first): The lineage of the Hudhail tribe, its clans, and its settlement in Andalusia. And (the second): the scholars of the Hudhail tribe and their contributions to the cultural life in Andalusia, as well as the scholars of the Hudhail tribe taking over the judiciary.
