Mission:

We are a specialized scientific entity, established from the core of Umm Al-Qura University, as a non-profit expertise office in the heart of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. We carry the burden of studying and analyzing the administrative, economic and regulatory issues of the system of Hajj, Umrah and visits of the holy sites, to generate and develop solid ideas resulting from specialized collective thought. This is in order to produce mature consultation, across a variety of spectrums, to be examined by the decision-makers concerned in the governmental, non-governmental, and charitable sectors in partnership with all the parties concerned. This is in addition to being sincere, disciplined, professional, honest in work, and working with a team spirit.
