Professional Consultant Program
The Institute of Consulting Research and Studies offers the Professional Consultant Program as part of the initiative of qualifying consultants organized by Umm Al-Qura Oasis for Consultations.
The program aims to qualify academics at Umm Al-Qura University to provide professional consultation at a local and international level.
The program contributes to providing scientific competencies to Saudi consultation market that witnessed robust growth over the past years. The participation of the national cadres in this market remains inadequate.

Program description:
The program is offered at two levels:
- The basic level is from 26 to 28 March:
- First Day: Consulting Services Marketing.
- Second Day: Providing Contracts of consultation.
- Third Day: Change Management for the Professional Consultant.
- The intermediate level is from 31 March to 2 April:
- First Day: Advanced analytical techniques for consultants.
- Second Day: Consultant's Task Requirements with the Client Teams.
- Third Day: Qualifications in Professional Consultation.

The intermediate level: Sunday - Tuesday, 31 March to 2 April 2019.

Out of the institute’s desire to form a group of consultants qualified to provide consultations to the university affiliates, a decision was issued to subsidize the program and offer a 100% discount.
