1- A first class honors degree is awarded to students with a cumulative GPA equal to or higher than 3.75) at the time of graduation. 2 - A second class honors degree is awarded to students who have a cumulative GPA between 3.25) to less than (3.75) out of 4.00) at the time of graduation. The following conditions should also be fulfilled: A- The student has not failed, at any time, in any course of study at the university or at the university from which they have transferred. B- The student must complete the graduation requirements within a maximum time span equal to the average of the minimum and the maximum time of study at their college. C- The student must have studied at least 60% of the graduation requirements at the university from which they will graduate.
If a student transfers, changes their major, or amends their course plan, an equivalence of the general courses is made automatically, and then the major subjects are equalized with the approval of the section offering the course.
Because a student committed to the course plan has advantages over the rest of the students, including priority for registering complete courses in the automatic registration system without the need for the department to register any course they need at their level. Moreover, the years of study are specific to the student, which enables them to easily fulfill the requirements of the course plan.
Submit an e-ticket from the student page to the Deanship of Information Technology or the Deanship of E-Learning, according to the type of the problem.
If such a thing happened at the beginning of the study semester, this may be because the relevant department has not yet specified the course lecturer. If the problem appeared after the beginning of the semester, it may be attributed to a problem on the student page; in this case, he should refer to the Deanship of E-Learning.
He must submit a request to the head or deputy head of the department, and attach a health report (if available) including the justification of his absence.
