Mission and Objectives of the BA Program
Mission:
(Preparing student personnel and providing them with the basic knowledge, skills and proficiencies to serve the community in the fields of history and civilization, and to keep abreast of continuous developments in the fields of specialization to meet the needs of the labor market in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030.
Objectives:
- Upgrading historical and cultural knowledge and keeping abreast of scientific and technical developments.
- Providing students with the knowledge, capabilities and skills that qualify them to comprehend the basic knowledge of the sciences of history and civilization and their curricula, and keep pace with its development locally, regionally and internationally.
- Graduating personnel specialized in history and civilization that contributes to preserving the Kingdom's cultural heritage, and provides the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030.
- Deepening our pride in the glorious Islamic and national history, and preserving the national, Arab and Islamic identity.
