About the Lab

This lab offers practical training on using production machines, along with studying the factors that influence the manufacturing of materials, and designing and identifying the appropriate manufacturing techniques, and their sequence in manufacturing a certain product. The lab encompasses heavy production machines (turning machines, milling machines, grinding machines, planers…etc.) forming presses, untraditional machine tools (electrochemical – Laser – and others), and plastic machine tools.

There are also a variety of equipment and machines that are used in training students in fields like, metal casting, and metalworking processes.
