Duties:
- Creating a file for every academic staff member that includes their certificates, experience, social participation, achievements, and assessment results of the academic staff member by the students and the head of the department.
- Following up the department's academic staff participation in the training courses, and verifying their participation.
- Holding training courses and workshops for the academic staff.
- Promoting the skills of the academic staff.
- Opening channels of communication between the program's academic staff and the different training agencies.
- Establishing partnerships with accredited online training organizations which hold distance training courses.
