If you are not a Saudi citizen, no preferred choices will appear now as they will appear only after your nomination has been approved by the Ministry of Education. Complete your application form if you are not a Saudi citizen. If you are a Saudi citizen and your weighted ratio is very weak, you have only two options, namely, the qualifying course and the affiliation.
It is the academic record containing the grades that is uploaded.
The academic record that appears to the student on his website is not considered an official document. A certified record signed and stamped by the university should be attached. Generally, students can get this from the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at their university.
Your first semester grades are enough to complete the approval procedures for your request. Once approval has been granted, you should provide us with a complete academic record of all subjects to enable us to equate all the subjects.
Check that the personal data on the student page on the e-Services portal is the same as in their passport, before the end of the semester. 2- Complete the e-Clearance form on the student’s website page, have it approved by all relevant parties, and print it. Take the university card and the clearance form to the Department of Graduation or other specified delivery place.
The receipt date for the documents shall be announced on the Deanship of Admissions and Registration website two weeks after the end of the semester.

Take the original copy of the certificate, the academic record, and the required number of photocopies for certification.
Calculating the points of each course: points of each course = the course rating value * the number of its units. B- Calculating the semester rating: the semester rating = the total of the semester course points ÷ the total units of the semester courses. C- Calculating the GPA: the GPA = the total of the entire course points ÷ the total of the course units.
The Deanship of Admissions and Registration shall provide an amendment form for the modification of a student's grades after all the required data has been completed through electronic archiving by the department offering the course.
The student should present an acceptable excuse in which he points out the causes of his absence from the final exam to the department head. Documents confirming the authenticity of these causes should be submitted. If the application is accepted, an amendment form should be filled in and sent officially to the Deanship of Admissions and Registration within one semester as a maximum.
A denial to study is issued to students whose absence exceeds 30% of the total lectures for the entire semester.
If a student transfers, changes his major, or amends his course plan, an equivalence of the general courses is made automatically and then the major subjects are equated with the approval of the department offering the course.
All courses to which internal equivalence is made will be calculated in the GPA
The student must regularly attend his courses, have a GPA of 1 or above, and be registered in all his academic courses.
It should be four years (8 semesters) for the students of theoretical colleges, five years (10 semesters) for the College of Engineering students, four years and one year internship (10 semesters) for the College of Pharmacy and Dentistry students, and six years and one year internship for the College of Medicine students.
In case of end of the regular study period.
Yes, a reward of two to three months shall be paid to the student, depending on the execution date of the apology, as the period of the apology falls under the regular study period.
Yes, he deserves the reward if his GPA is 1 or above.
Yes, the excellence award is given in case the student got a GPA of 3.50 or more during two semesters in the regular study period.
Yes, remuneration and an allowance shall be paid to them as follows: • The blind: remuneration with the salary of the fifth rank – first degree. • The disabled: They are two categories according to the degree of the disability specified by the Ministry of Social Affairs: 1- People with medium disability: They shall have monthly remuneration with allowance of 1500 riyals. 2- People with severe disability: They shall have monthly remuneration with the salary of the fifth rank – first degree.
