The receipt date for the documents shall be announced on the Deanship of Admissions and Registration website two weeks after the end of the semester.
1- Confirming the student's personal data at the e-service portal exactly as they are in his passport before the end of the semester. 2- Final electronic clearance should be made from the student's page. This final clearance should be signed by all parties before being printed. 3- The university card and the final clearance should be submitted to the graduation department or to the stated place for submitting documents.
An official power of attorney must be brought from the court in the name of the person to whom the document is to be delivered.
1 - Bring the original copy of the academic document. 2 - Bring the original and a photocopy of the Civil Status Card. 3. Bring the original and a photocopy of the passport if the name has been amended in English.
1- The first honors degree is awarded to students whose grade point average is equal or more than 3.75 at the time of graduation. 2- The second honors degree is awarded to students whose grade point average ranges from 3.25 to less than 3.75 out of 400 at the time of graduation. The following conditions should also be fulfilled: A- The student must not have failed any curriculum at the university or at the university wherefrom he transferred. B- The student must complete the graduation requirements in a maximum time span equal to the average between the minimum and the maximum time of study at his college. C- Students must have studied at least 60% of the graduation requirements at the university from which they will graduate.
The academic record that appears to the student on his website is not considered an official document. A certified record signed and stamped by the university should be attached. Generally, students can get this from the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at their university.
Your first semester grades are enough to complete the approval procedures for your request. Once approval has been granted, you should provide us with a complete academic record of all subjects to enable us to equate all the subjects.
Because the student committed to the course plan has advantages over the rest of the students, including having the priority of registering complete courses in the automatic registration without the need for the department to register any course he needs at his level. The years of study are defined and the student can easily fulfill the requirements of the course plan.
