Your personal data is recorded and you should access the portal by writing the registration number (identity card number) and password. Update your data if you change your phone number or email address.
If you forget your password, you can recover it through the electronic admission portal. Press Did you forget your password? Then, enter your identity number in the registration number cell. Designate a specific way to recover your password (phone number - email address - verification code).
If you are not a Saudi citizen, your choices will only appear after your nomination has been approved by the Ministry of Education. Complete your application form if you are not a Saudi citizen. If you are a Saudi citizen and your weighted ratio is very weak, options will appear.
The identity card or residence permit number in which the file is registered at the admission portal should be the same one registered at the NCA. If the number is different, the NCA results will not appear. The file should be registered at the Umm Al-Qura admission portal according to the student's identity card or residence permit number. Match the number at your web page with that on the admission portal and the NCA.
The academic record containing the grades should be uploaded.

Applications and registration of personal data on the admission portal starts at the end of the academic year according to the timetable that will be announced on the university website. There is no admission between the two semesters.
Priority for the available places depends on the weighted ratio of the applicant. The duration since getting the high school degree should not exceed five years and it should not exceed two years for the medical stream.
A: The validity time for the General Aptitude Test (GAT) and the Summative Assessment is five years from the date of taking the test.

A: Secondary education (Shari`ah sciences, administrative sciences, courses system - administrative sciences, physical sciences, courses system - physical sciences, literary department, scientific department, the Scientific Institute, commercial secondary education, memorization of the Holy Qur'an, Dar Al-Hadith, Al-Haram Institute).
A: The transfer of students from another university to the UQU in Makkah or any of its branches (Jamoum, Al-Leith, Adham, Al-Qunfudhah) is made according to the following requirements: 1- The student must be a Saudi national or have a Saudi mother. 2- The student must be registered in an accredited college or university. 3. The student must complete at least one semester at their original university. 4. The student must not complete more than six semesters at their original university, so they can study a minimum of 60% of their course at the UQU. 5- The student must not have been dismissed from their original university for disciplinary reasons. 6- The student’s measured rate must be equivalent to or greater than the lowest rate of a student admitted in the same major.
A: The academic record that appears to the student on his website is not considered an official document. A certified record signed and stamped by the university should be attached. Generally, students can get this from the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at their university.
A: Your first semester grades are enough to complete the approval procedures for your request. Once approval has been granted, you should provide us with a complete academic record of all subjects, so that we can make equivalence of all of them.
A: External transfer is limited to regular students only. Affiliated students and distance-learning students are not permitted to transfer.
A: For male students: If a student has successfully passed at least one semester after the preparatory year at his university, he will be transferred to the department directly. For female students: The requirements of the preparatory year must be completed, after which she will be admitted to her major.
A: 1- Check that the personal data on the student page on the e-Services portal is the same as in their passport, before the end of the semester. 2- Complete the e-Clearance form on the student’s website page, have it approved by all relevant parties, and print it. Take the university card and the clearance form to the Department of Graduation or other specified delivery place.
A: The receipt date for the certificates shall be announced on the Deanship of Admissions and Registration website two weeks after the end of the semester.
A: An official power of attorney must be brought from the court in the name of the person to whom the graduation certificate is to be delivered.

Male students: Go to the Vice Deanship of Admissions and Registration and the Department of Graduation in Al-Abdiyyah. Female students: Go to the Vice Deanship of Admissions and Registration and the Department of Graduation in Al-Zahir. Take the original copy of the graduation certificate and the academic record and the required number of photocopies for certification.
A: Because the student committed to the plan has advantages over the rest of the students, including having the priority of registering complete courses in the automatic registration without the need for the department to register any course he needs at his level. The years of study are specific to the student to enable him to easily fulfill the requirements of the plan.
A: A- Calculating the points of each course: points of each course = the course’s grade weight * the number of its units. B- Calculating the semester rating: the semester rating = the total of the semester course points ÷ the total units of the semester courses. C- Calculating the GPA: the GPA = the total of the entire course points ÷ the total of the course units.
A: The Deanship of Admissions and Registration shall provide an amendment form for the modification of a student's grades after all the required data has been completed through electronic archiving by the department offering the course.
A: A denial to study is issued to students whose absence exceeds 30% of the total lectures for the entire semester.
