The Deanship of Admission and Registration
The academic adviser is the competent authority for the student who is seeking advice concerning his academic march at the program.
The academic advising role at the Deanship of the Preparatory Year aims at upgrading students' academic and scientific achievement, removing all causes of academic failure and finding the available solutions within the defined period to pass the Preparatory Year program. The academic advisor listens to students' complaints and offers the guiding services during the program period. He also refers difficulties to the academic advising unit at the administration of the Deanship for the difficulties the Deanship can solve.
The Deanship is committed to announce the academic advisors to the students before the end of the second week of the first semester. The academic advisor continues to provide advice to the student during the whole period of the Preparatory Year Program.
