Objectives:
- Ensuring safe administration of exams.
Duties:
- Coordinating with the department's course instructors, and receiving question and answer papers according to the dates and procedures followed and keeping them in the safe places designated for them.
- Clarifying instructions for dealing with emergencies (sick, violating regulations and instructions) during the exams.
- Distributing invigilation duties for all the department's courses among the academic staff members.
- Supervising the progress of exams, following them up, and ensuring their safety, including dealing with cases of cheating and requests for re-marking.
- Receiving answers from the invigilators and ensuring that they are delivered to the course instructor, according to the procedures followed.
