The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations congratulates Ms. Al-Jawhara bint Ali Al-Zahrani, a member of the faculty of the Department of Regulations, on the occasion of obtaining a master's degree in the commercial system with an excellent grade. Her thesis was on: "The Effects of the Maritime Employment Contract: An Empirical Study of the Saudi Law".
The academic thesis was defended on Wednesday, 9 Ramadan 1442 A.H., in front of a defense committee consisting of:
- His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Hamid Al-Diyasti Abdul-Hamid, as a rapporteur
- His Excellency Dr. Muhammad bin Rizk Allah Al-Sulami, as an examiner
- His Excellency Dr. Yusuf bin Husain Al-Bashir, as an examiner
