A group of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences in Al-Qunfudhah successfully passed the Basic Cardiac Life Support course held in Al-Qunfudhah Public Hospital on 25/06/1437 Hijri, 06/03/2016. Students were trained on:

• Quick response to many life threatening emergency cases;
• Basic airway management;
• Chest Compression;
• Artificial respiration ;
• Using chest compression and artificial respiration alternatively with age-based rate;
• Using AED; and

Chocking management for the elderly and babies.
