The UQU President, Prof. Moaddi Aal Madh-hab, issued the following twelve administrative decisions:

1. Appointment of Dr. Jabir bin Saeed Al-Husain Al-Zahrani as Advisor to the UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, in addition to his current work as Dean of the College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah.
2. Appointment of Dr. Abdu bin Ahmad Abdu Subaihi as Head of the Department of Chemistry at Al-Qunfudhah University College.
3. Appointment of Dr. Abdul-Hadi bin Mihdar Abdul-Qadir Aidrous as Head of the Department of Information Science at the College of Computer and Information Science.
4. Appointment of Dr. Amal bint Mis-hal Muhammad Al-Qathami as Head of the Department of Programs at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education.
5. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Mashail bint Masud Saud Al-Subhi as Deputy Head of the Computer Sciences Department at Jamoum University College (female section).
6. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Ahmad bin Attiyah Ahmad Al-Zahrani as Deputy General Supervisor of the General Administration of Digital Transformation.
7. Renewal of the appointment of Mr. Nazar bin Ahmad Abdul-Mun`im Abbas Yunus as Assistant General Supervisor of the Legal Administration for Investigation Affairs.
8. Renewal of the appointment of Mr. Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad Ali Al-Yamani as Director of the Administration of the College of Education.
9. Renewal of the appointment of Mr. Muhammad bin Hasan Muhammad Bakhair as Director of the Administration of the College of Medicine, in addition to his current work as Senior Software Developer.
10. Renewal of the appointment of Mr. Ali bin Bahni Ahmad Al-Sheikhi as Director of the Administration of the College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah.
11. Renewal of the appointment of Mr. Abdul-Hadi bin Sadaqah Abdul-Hadi Zamzami as Director of the Administration of the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.
12. Appointment of Eng. Ahmad bin Abdu Ahmad Al-Nawasani as Director of the University Teaching Hospital Project.
