The UQU President issued the following fourteen administrative decisions:

1. Appointment of Dr. Faizah bint Salim Salih Ahmad as Vice Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers (female section).
2. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Sumayyah bint Hashim Bakr Hariri as Vice Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research (female section).
3. Appointment of Dr. Haitham bin Abdul-Rahim Hashim Bukhari as Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics at the College of Pharmacy.
4. Appointment of Dr. Jabir bin Muhammad bin Jabir Al-Ahmari as Head of the Department of Arabic Language at Al-Qunfudhah University College.
5. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Ahmad bin Hasanain Ahmad Qasim as Head of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the College of Applied Medical Sciences.
6. Appointment of Dr. Muhammad bin Jamil Muhammad Saeed Filfilan as Head of the Department of Visual Arts at the College of Designs and Arts.
7. Appointment of Dr. Abdul-Rahim bin Abdul-Rahman Ibrahim Eidi as the Head of the Department of Training at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education.
8. Appointment of Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Khaishan Al-Matrafi as Head of the Department of Arabic Language at Jamoum University College.
9. Appointment of Dr. Adib bin Ahmad Muhammad Balkhi as Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at the College of Medicine.
10. Appointment of Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Muhammad Abu Aish as Head of the Department of Pediatrics at the College of Medicine in Al-Qunfudhah
11. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Abdullah bin Qalil Radah Al-Khashi as Head of the Department of Anatomy at the College of Medicine in Al-Qunfudhah.
12. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Alaa bin Jamil bin Atiyyah Al-Barakati as Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Medicine in Al-Qunfudhah, in addition to his work as Head of the Department of Medicine and Surgery
13. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Anas bin Abdul-Aziz bin Ahmad Sarhan as Head of the Department of Community Medicine and Health Care at the College of Medicine in Al-Qunfudhah.
14. Renewal of the appointment of Dr. Hanaa bint Abdul-Rahim Muhammad Yamani as General Supervisor of the General Administration of Digital Transformation, in addition to her current work as Vice Dean of E-Learning and Distance Education for Development and Quality.
