Inauguration of (Promising Start Forum) Held in Judicial Studies and Laws Club

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad:

The Judicial Studies and Laws Club, affiliated to the UQU Deanship of Student Affairs, held the inauguration ceremony of the "Promising Start Forum". The event, held on Tuesday, Jumada II 15, 1438H, was attended by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Amr T. al-Saqqaf.

The event started at 05.00PM, when the students began to flock to avenue. Then the sports activities (handball and swimming) kicked off. The students engaged in the sports activities, and exchanged cordial talks, before they had lunch. 

 Following Maghreb prayer, students opened a discussion with Dr. Satr al-Je'eid over some issues of interest to them, and the Club achievements were highlighted.

Thereafter, following Eshaa prayer, a delegation from the Student Affairs Deanship attended, most notably Dr. Amr al-Saqqaf, the dean, Dr. Omar S. Sonbul, the Vice Dean, and Mr. Adnan M. al-Qenewi, the Club Supervisor.

After that, the students congregated to participate in the Cultural Program, and honoring the outstanding students. After a Quranic recitation by Student Fawzan al-Sharif, the Club Supervisor, Mr. Adnan al-Qenewi, delivered an address.

Then, a cultural contest was held, and awards were given out to the winners. Afterwards, attendees were invited to supper, under the auspices of the Student Affairs Dean, Dr. Amr T. al-Saqqaf.

At last, the Club thanked attendees for accepting the invitation, and promised to hold other events in the future.
