The College of Education, represented by the Department of Islamic Education and Comparative Studies, launched the first Student Council for postgraduate students. The aim of the council is to provide enrichment activities and educational programs that contribute to building values and knowledge among university students and to developing their skills in various fields.
The Head of the Department of Islamic Education and Comparative Studies at the university, Dr. Fahd Al-Qahtani, said that the council’s mission is focused on enabling postgraduate students to actively participate in the scientific and research fields as well as enriching activities, and to develop their personal and social skills. This is with the aim of strengthening students' relationship with the department and the university, and promoting the development initiatives it launches to serve the community.
