The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations extends condolences to His Eminence Dr. Fuhaid Al- Rouqi, an academic staff member at the Department of Judicial Studies, on the death of his brother. We ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to reward Dr. Fuhaid and his family with the best, to bring comfort and peace to them during the time of bereavement, and to forgive the deceased. Indeed Allah is Most Forgiving and Most Merciful.
