The UQU Vice President, Prof. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamidi, said the sixth anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (may Allah protect him), is a precious and valued occasion for every citizen who belongs to this nation of goodness and development, particularly that this occasion comes this year in conjunction with Saudi Kingdom's presidency of the G20. Thanks to Allah, and then to the support and guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the kingdom is witnessing qualitative leaps in all educational, economic and health development fields.

In the statement on this occasion, he said the anniversary of the pledge of allegiance is a historic event that carries within it the meanings of security, stability and prosperity that Allah has conferred on the kingdom for the country to become a pivotal axis globally in terms of its leading role and the contemporary economic reality, which have become a tangible reality. He praised the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (may Allah protect him), in the progress of the comprehensive development in the kingdom dedicated to develop the nation and build the citizen to add to its rich records many gestures of goodness for the welfare of the citizen.

He added that the prudence and wisdom of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz (may Allah protect them) have laid the foundations of stability in our country through the areas which are currently being restructured to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom National Vision 2030 and the great projects which were and still are being built all over the country.

He concluded his statement praying to Allah to protect the leaders of our progress, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, preserve our nation, and perpetuate its prosperity.
