The second project is related to monitoring and analyzing challenges and providing suggestions, which contribute to improving the operational plans related to Umrah and congregational prayers during this exceptional phase. This is in addition to the ‘visual monitoring and recording’ project, and the project of ‘women's needs in the Hajj and Umrah system’.
