His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, issued an administrative decision on Sunday, 24 Safr 1442 A.H., transferring the appointment of Dr. Omar Abdullah Al-Fayiz as the Vice Dean of the College of Judicial Studies and Regulations for Educational Affairs to the Vice Dean of the College.

The college hereby extends thanks and appreciation to Dr. Omar Al-Fayiz for the efforts he exerted in his tenure in the college as the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, during which the college witnessed a qualitative leap at all levels. We ask Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to help him and grant him success in performing the tasks of his new post.
