The Deanship of Information Technology has launched the experimental operation of the UQU updated academic system using web technology to operate the registration, academic affairs, and results systems simultaneously, instead of using Oracle Forms. During the trial period, it will be possible to execute operations on both systems.
The Dean of the Deanship of Information Technology, Dr. Atef Al-Hejaili, stated that this step is a qualitative leap and a positive transformation of the university's technical systems. He praised the support and interest of His Excellency the President of the University, and the cooperation of the success partners represented in the Deanship of Admissions and Registration and the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies.
It is worth noting that the Deanship of Information Technology organized a "remote" workshop yesterday, Monday, to introduce the new system and its work mechanism.
