On behalf of the Minister of Education, UQU President Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas signed on Monday Jumada Al-Oula 23, 1438 H a cleaning contract  with one of the national specialized companies to undertake cleaning tasks in the university headquarters in Makkah for males and females for three years with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdulrahman Osman Al-Osman & Partner Company. The contract signing ceremony took place in the presence of the UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou, UQU Vice President for Branches Dr. Abdul-Majeed Al-Ghamdi, Supervisor of Maintenance and Operation Department Eng. Abdul-Mohasin Al-Ahmadi,  the Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, the Head of Purchasing and Bidding Department, Mr. Saeed bin Rizqullah Al-Salami and the representatives of the companies and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdulrahman Osman Al-Osman & Partner Company.  

After signing the two contracts, the UQU President Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas said that the contract of the cleaning works comes within the  attention paid to UQU by our wise leadership to provide proper educational environment for the students to help them in their scientific and cognitive achievement and to enable the faculty members and affiliates of the university to assume their role in serving the university and its students.  He lauded the close follow-up of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Emir of Makkah Prince Khalid Al-Faisal in addition to the close attention paid to the university by the Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed bin Mohamed Al-Iesa. 

Further, Dr. Assas explained that the cleaning works contract for the University Headquarters at Abdiya, Azizia, and Al-Zahir will last for three years meanwhile extending his thanks and appreciations to the rulers- May Allah Bless them for their continuous  support provided for the science and its seekers  and wishing all success to the company and its affiliates in performing their tasks. 

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdulrahman Osman Al-Osman & Partner Company Mr. Abdulrahman bin Osman Al-Osman expressed his pride for the confidence entrusted in his company to carry out cleaning works in this prestigious university. He branded this work as a national honor for the prestigious position of this blessed university which is located in the place of revelation. He extended his thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Al-Iesa, the  UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas, the UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir Shoushou and the UQU Vice President for Branches Dr. Abdul-Majeed Al-Ghamdi,
