The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies congratulates all the graduates of the postgraduate study programs, and would like to announce the launching of the booking service for the male and female students whose documents have been issued for them to receive their original graduation document and academic record at the headquarters of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies in Al-Abdiyyah. Note that all male and female graduates can also print the e-version of their graduation document and academic record from the academic portal.
To book an appointment, please make sure that your name is included in the lists of the male and female graduates whose documents have been issued by clicking here, and then book an appointment by clicking on the correct icon at the bottom of the page. Please adhere to the following:
- Attend at the specified time while adhering to all precautionary and preventive measures set by the Ministry of Health. Note that attendance without any prior appointment will be rejected.
- Please print the clearance form through the electronic services of the academic portal, after completing all the procedures electronically.
- In case of not being able to attend in person, please write an authorization letter to a commissioned delegate and attach a photocopy of the graduate's identity card.
