His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Al-Maghrabi, Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Education in the College of Education, wrote an article for the Saudi newspaper Ain Al-Watan entitled, "Important Tips". In this article, His Excellency gave some important but simple tips with regard to sports, health, and psychology that everyone can perform smoothly during the home quarantine period to curb the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This participation comes within the directives of the administration of Umm Al-Qura University and the College of Education, represented by the Department of Physical Education, to encourage staff members to be involved in community participation, in all its forms. The aim is to avail the society of their expertise, scientific capabilities, and guidance.
The Department of Physical Education wishes constant productivity and progress for His Excellency, asking Allah, the Almighty, to keep us all safe.
