The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research at Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) has participated in Cairo International Book Fair. This has been under the umbrella of the KSA Pavilion and the Kiswa Factory of the Holy Ka'aba.  

Dr. Hamza bin Ahmed Ghulman, Dean of the Institute, clarified that the pavilion of the Institute aimed to highlight the programs, studies, researches and activities carried out by the Institute for the development of services provided to pilgrims and visitors, as well as the implementation of vital projects on studied scientific bases.

Dr. Ghulman also explained that the pavilion of the Institute contained many pictures and sculptures that illustrated the giant projects that had been carried out by the state for the convenience and service of pilgrims and visitors in Makkah, the Holy Sites and Al-Madinah. He noted that the pavilion was characterized by the distribution of gifts among its visitors such as Zamzam Water bottles, pictures of the Two Holy Mosques, the Kaaba, the Black Stone and the Rawdah, as well as copies of the Mushaf of King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex.

He added that the pavilion witnessed a large turnout at the beginning of the event, which confirmed the importance and value of KSA Pavilion for the CIBF visitors. On the other hand, visitors expressed their happiness to visit the Saudi Pavilion which was distinguished with organization and good coordination in all its divisions and contents.
