On Thursday, Rab. II 21, 1438H, at the Institute premises in Azizyah Campus, a joint work agreement was signed by the UQU Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Wrong and Al-Hiwar Training Academy at King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue.
Dr. Yasser A. al-Qahtani, dean of the Institute, made a statement in this regard, in which he pointed out that this is a promising step towards a good promotion and promulgation of our programs. Additionally, it is envisaged to bring about benign outcomes, such as expertise accumulation, enhancement of joint work, and implementation of more and more programs.
On this occasion, Dr. Al-Qhatani lauded the efforts of the UQU President, Dr. Bakri M. Assas, and his keen interest in supporting the Institute's strides, especially this agreement, deemed to be a manifestation of constructive cooperation and joint work.
For his part, Mr. Ismaeel al-Amri, Director General of Al-Hiwar Training Academy at King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, stressed that this agreement will be instrumental for achieving geographical outreach to all social strata throughout our beloved homeland for both institutions. The agreement, he added, would help each institution make best use of the other's potentials and capabilities, with the effect that both institutions would be stronger.
The agreement ratification ceremony, it is noteworthy, was attended by Dr. Abdullah Al Tamim, Vice Dean of the Institute, and Dr. Muhammad H. al-Sayed, Assistant Director General of the Academy, as well as a number of senior officials from the two institutions.
