Due to the importance of development and that the student is the focus of the educational process, a committee for student activities will be established. This step comes in recognition of the significant role of student participation in the responsibility of achieving the objectives of the Department of Chemistry and of strengthening and boosting communication between students and members of the academic staff in the department. The committee will cover scientific, cultural, social and sport activities, in line with the students' needs and interests.

In the regard, the Department of Chemistry in Jamoum University College is currently accepting nominations for the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the Committee. Those who wish to nominate themselves must register their names with Dr. Hisham Abul-Dhahab. Election period will be determined later.
