His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim Al Murai, the Head of the Department of Construction Engineering and lecturer at the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah, held a training course entitled, "Skills of Communication with the Public", for the affiliates of Al-Qunfudhah Police Force on Monday, 26 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H. The course gained the care and attention of His Excellency the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Alawi Bamahdi, the direct supervision of the Director of Al-Qunfudhah Police, His Excellency Colonel Ali bin Ahmad Al-Salih, and the coordination of His Excellency Lieutenant Salih bin Yahia Al-Amri.

The course covered the following themes:

1. Concept and importance of communication.
2. Elements and forms of active communication.
3. Skills and principles of communication.
4. Obstacles encountering active communication.

The event came within the framework of the college's belief in the importance of active participation in serving and educating the community.
