As part of the training sessions held by the Customer Service Center, the Center Assistant Director, Ms. Hanaa Al-Jueid, met with the female coordinators of the ‘Tawasul’ program offered by the Ministry of Education on Thursday morning, 7 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., at the College of Designs at the Deanship of University Studies in Al-Aziziyyah.
During the session, the mechanisms adopted by the ‘Tawasul’ service and the latest developments in relation to the program were tackled. The session aimed to enable the mutual efforts to explore new horizons in the field of communication and customer service inside and outside the university.
